As your home inspector it is my duty, and my privilege, to provide you with the best service possible and to arm you with the information you need about the condition of the property. With approx. 20 years as a Firefighter/EMT with an emphasis on building construction, life safety, and property conservation, I have the experience and knowledge necessary to provide a detailed inspection and to distinguish between major and minor problems with the home. I also have several family members in the real estate community; making real estate transactions a passion in our family.

I encourage you to be present during the inspection. You'll be able to see the condition of the home first-hand, and I'll be able to explain everything to you as we move throughout the house.

Standards and Qualifications

We've been trained by some of the best inspectors in the country, and carry the AHIT certification. AHIT is the largest home inspection training institute in North America, and is approved by ASHI, NACHI, and other professional organizations. We're ready to put that experience and knowledge to work for you.

We're also a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), and adhere to their Standards of Practice and strict Code of Ethics.

Our home inspector Bobby was courteous, professional, and most of all - very thorough! Booking our appointment was very easy to do from my phone and the communication leading up to our inspection was great. Bobby let us know when he was on the way and when he arrived, he asked if there where any areas of particular concern and noted them. He began his inspection with the exterior of the house and once complete, he switched shoes and brought shoe covers to inspect the interior. While inside he explained what he would be checking and made sure it was okay to enter all rooms of the house and then sat down with us to explain all of his findings and showed how they should be fixed. I am not very familiar with home construction standards and that was a huge help because now I know what to look for when the home builder makes the repairs from our inspection findings.
