Bobby was excellent to work with on our purchase of a new build home. He was able to wrangle various date changes with the builder to get the inspection done. Having him walk the roof was immensely valuable as he noticed things I'd never otherwise see. The thermal imaging is also very much appreciated. Good photographs of everything help identify what may need attention, along with lots of info on things I as a homeowner need to keep an eye on. All in all it makes me feel much better about such a large purchase by having a professional like Bobby inspect it.

Our home inspector Bobby was courteous, professional, and most of all - very thorough! Booking our appointment was very easy to do from my phone and the communication leading up to our inspection was great. Bobby let us know when he was on the way and when he arrived, he asked if there where any areas of particular concern and noted them. He began his inspection with the exterior of the house and once complete, he switched shoes and brought shoe covers to inspect the interior. While inside he explained what he would be checking and made sure it was okay to enter all rooms of the house and then sat down with us to explain all of his findings and showed how they should be fixed. I am not very familiar with home construction standards and that was a huge help because now I know what to look for when the home builder makes the repairs from our inspection findings.
